If the doctor or tell you why the aneurysm was formed and where? Depending on the type of surgery depends on whether it could follow a aneurism in the same place or nearby.

When the aneurysm was caused by a disorder of the connective tissue, it is certainly the potential for additional aneurysms. If the headache is dependent on the position. This could be another problem causing headaches as well, if there is a disease of the connective tissue.

You should see a doctor immediately.

I hope she is in contact with your doctor to return as soon as possible. Aneurysm repair should be scanned to establish an annual calendar to check for problems. Call and headaches the report and save it!
