Vcr Tape One Channel Watch Another How Do I Connect My DTV Converter Box To My DVD/VCR Combo To Record Shows?

How do I connect my DTV converter box to my DVD/VCR Combo to record shows? - vcr tape one channel watch another

I have an Insignia DTV converter box and a Panasonic DVD / VCR with digital tuner. My antenna is on the card, which is connected to the DVD player with two AV cable and an RF cable. The TV is the DVD player with two AV cable and an RF cable connected as well. The problem is that it seems you can not record a program and a different look, because you can not specify a channel, the creation of a record. You can save a bit to 1 entry, by the chain, which I still watch, regardless. I worked a ton of different combinations of cable, but nothing. I know it's a way must be found to do so, because according to the manual from Panasonic is a way to specify a channel, are not very clear how to do this whole thing as DTV transition. Please help.

You need to put a tab in your antenna lead and manage the separate coaxial cable to the input of the converter and DVD / VCR. Use cable to connect the output of the converter and DVD / VCR to your TV.

If your TV has a coaxial input, you need an antenna switch, allowing you between the transducer and VCR can choose or DVD.

If your TV A / V inputs available, you can experiment with the A / V cable and the other in connection with a coaxial cable.

The problem with the way in which we currently have is that when the converter to blue ( "Cyclops" of the light is printed) on the analog channel 3 or 4. Since you have the RF output on the DVD / VCR connected to input, the recorder can the output of the converter.

The first reaction is, "said the splitter output to the inverter output. It will not work because the Insignia enabled check box, only the output of the converter (analog channel 3 or 4) will be displayed. The separator should be installed instead of the antenna before it reaches the logo and the DVD / VCR input.

Well, if your converter box is not necessary to change channels to a remote control, then all you have to do is take the cable that connected the converter box and put it on a splitter. Thus one of the two lines going into the recorder and the other with the TV. After the RCA cable from the DVD / VCR can be connected to the TV. It is therefore always able to see what you can see the video on the TV-channel video. So now that the lines need to share your VCR tuning, so you take the channel is then recorded on the desired channel on the VCR, then you shall see the TV if you want to check back on your VCR just joined d 'You see, just press the TV / video, which in the video as a DVD or videotape. I hope that what you're talking about, so let me know if I can help.
